- The design will be provided by the customer, using the templates available (provided by the supplier).

- Each model has its own size scale. Designs should be provided already in scale.

- The quoted price does not include design and/or template adaptation or size scaling.

- Design service is not available.

- Production start-up costs indicated under the table with prices.

- Minimum order indicated depending on the model.

- Delivery terms: indicatively about 35-40 days after final design approval.

- Quantity tolerance may be +/-5% of total order quantity.

- Delivery in a package of 10 pieces.

- In case of order cancellation, the customer shall bear all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation.

- No complaints or returns will be accepted after 15 days of delivery.

- Sizes may have a measurement tolerance of +/-5%
